You may query the API within your plan's rate limit and monthly quota, and display the returned data to your end users as part of your application.
3. Prohibited use
- Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the data, in whole or in substantial part, as a standalone dataset or feed.
- Using the API to build, train, or populate a competing board game database or a substantially similar catalog.

4. Attribution
Where you display data obtained from the API, you must credit “Powered by BoardGameBase” with a link back, unless we agree otherwise in writing (Enterprise).
5. Monitoring & integrity
We monitor usage for abuse and embed traceable records in the dataset to detect unauthorized copying. Usage that resembles scraping may be flagged, throttled, or suspended.
6. Termination
We may suspend or revoke API access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using the API at any time.
7. No warranty
The API and data are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the API.
